2. Digital Products

Our digital products include guides, templates, prompt packs, and tutorials. When you purchase a digital product:

• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the product with others
• You may use the product for personal or commercial projects you create
• Templates and code may be used in unlimited projects, but the educational content itself may not be resold

3. Consulting Services

Our consulting services are provided on a best-effort basis. We will work with you to help you learn and build, but:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• Session scheduling is subject to availability
• Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice
• Unused sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

Consulting Services: Consulting packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If you need to cancel before your first session, contact us to discuss options.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of VibeLever and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as explicitly allowed for purchased products.

6. Third-Party Tools

Our guides and services reference third-party tools and services (such as code editors, AI services, and hosting platforms). We are not affiliated with these services, and their use is subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeLever provides educational content and consulting services "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
